Supervision of the technical operations for 2 annual inspections of 2 sections n°1 and n°4 of 400 MW each, manufactured by Alsthom : Maintenance of the two boilers, their auxiliaries, the instrumentation and the regulation.
18 STEG specialists (6 engineers and 12 technicians). These two inspections were carried out, one following the other from January 22, 2007 until April 10, 2007, in subcontracting with the saoudian company (GPI).

Project 2 : Electrical Study
Critical analysis and resumption of the call for tender relating to the power plant and the transport network HV, as well as the technical evaluation of bids : a work (of 294 men/days engineers) enabled the contractor firm to retain in all equity two major manufacturers : one for the construction of the power plant and the other for the HV network.
This mission was entrusted by mutual agreement to SIS, by a consultant operating company for the the contractor firm
