Since 1976, concerned with the continuous development of  its human resources, the Tunisian Company of Electricity and Gas  created in September 1976 an integrated training center

Training

The Center has always put its know-how in the service of Tunisian and foreign organizations in the technical fields of electricity and gas, as well as in safety. Since its creation, around 2 500 employees benefited from the center's training sessions.

Our competences

Training in the Center is ensured by :

  • a full-time team of trainers , selected for their professional experience within the Company as well as for their teaching aptitude.
  • Free-lance competences.
     

Our means

Built on a ground of 20 hectares, the training Center is equipped with :

  • 15 course rooms.
  • 18 laboratories and workshops meeting the needs for training in the techniques of electricity and gas.
  • a room for training in data processing
  • Three electricity distribution networks :
    • an IV/LV networks of 2 km length
    • an undervoltage LV network of  500 metres length
    • a 30 Kv network of 3km  length for hotline working
  • An electricity transmission  network  of 500 m length 
  • An IP/LP gas substation and two  transmission and distribution networks
  • A maintenance and tests laboratory
  • A video library
  • An administrative block
  • A social building for lodging,  catering...
  • Spaces for leisure and sports
