The bill

You receive your bill  monthly.  10 days after the meter reading  which is performed at the end of each month.

Payment means

Authorised Payment 

The amount of each of your bills is automatically deducted from the current postal or bank account you have indicated.

How to do ? 

You have only to fill in a form available in our reception desks.
STEG sends you your  bill by mail for verification. If  you formulate no objection within 10 days, the due amount would be deducted from your current account.

Payment at STEG desks

91 STEG desks are at your disposal in order to facilitate the payment of your bill wherever you are, by cheque or  in cash.
