Now STEG exploits and maintains a network of 160.904 km (156.594 in 2013) Medium and Low Voltage lines.

Electricity Sales (Gwh)

Till 2014, STEG is supplying electricity to 3.615.867 customers (3.502.090 in 2013)(domestic, industrial, agricultural and administrative).

The country global rate of electrification (urban and rural) is about 99.8%.

The annual sales of electricity reached 14.835 GWH (14.380 in 2013).

STEG has the concern to be as close as possible to its customers. It keeps up relationship with them through 41 Districts and 88 agencies.
